Marketer announces the employment of the highly experienced and renowned project advisor Ingunn Iselin Husebø. She comes from the position as Head of Real Estate in Aspelin Ramm Eiendom, and started in Marketer on June 1, 2022.

Husebø has well over 20 years of experience in the Norwegian real estate industry, and has worked with companies such as DNB Eiendom, Røisland & Co and Privatmegleren with advice, facilitation, and sale of projected homes. In these projects, she has been heavily involved from start to finish and has over the years gained a broad understanding of home buyers' preferences. She has worked with everything from small housing projects to large and comprehensive development areas, including Sørenga in Bjørvika, and has sold well over 4,000 homes in Norway.
“Ingunn has expert knowledge of the entire customer journey and knows better than most how this can best be organised and supported to establish security and trust for everyone involved. By ensuring that the developers bring to market projects with the units and facilities that the relevant market actually demands, the finances of the projects are also optimised. Marketer will soon launch technology that uses the rich database the company has to perform similar analyses, and Ingunn is an important piece in further developing this solution, called SmartSale Developer”, Habhab points out.
SmartSale Developer is an AI-based analysis tool built to provide data-driven forecasts for housing projects, where the goal is to provide real estate agents and developers with the necessary knowledge enabling them to make optimal choices about housing mix, pricing strategy, and sales and marketing measures. The results of this are good project execution, satisfied home buyers, and an improved project margin for the developer. This product will now be launched in the second half of the year, and Husebø's unique first-hand expertise from housing project work will be essential to ensure top quality and the right user-friendliness for customers.
