Raised 12 million USD in growth capital

Overwhelming investor interest for the Norwegian proptech company Marketer Real Estate Technologies has secured further acceleration of their international growth strategy.
Marketer is pleased to announce the successful completion of a combination of funding activities that in total has raised 12 million USD, based on a pre-money market valuation of 55 million USD. This result secures the continued growth activities for Marketer, particularly related to further product development and international distribution. Marketer has completed these transactions without the assistance from investment banks.
The overall funding combination was as follows:
- 8,4 million USD in equity & convertible loans from private investors
- 2,5 million USD in equity from employees
- 1,2 million USD in loan and support from Innovation Norway and SkatteFunn

Marketer is already at the forefront in terms of technology and user-friendliness in its product offerings, but parts of the new funding will nonetheless be allocated to continued product development in order to stay ahead of the competition. Marketer expects to launch several new products, features and initiatives during the coming year.
Further, this new growth capital will spark Marketer’s international sales efforts dramatically. Sales results during the most recent 6 months have been way above expectations, and the Company is now ready to take advantage of this favourable market position. Marketer has just opened a sales representative office in Jakarta, Indonesia, and will soon follow with sales satellites in the Middle East, North America, and in Central Europe. With clients already in more than 20 countries from all continents, Marketer is now ready to both follow clients out and to position itself to dramatically increase its international sales penetration.
