What goes in to designing a campaign?

Our design team is efficient, detail oriented and dedicated to what we do – because we have fun at work every day!

Marketer's design department is based in London and comprised of three full-time designers. We work independently and collaboratively – both within the design team and with other departments to make sure we achieve the best results possible.

From tailor-made to automated design

Marketer offers tailor-made marketing of property developments. This means that the design team will produce campaign content like landing pages, websites, digital brochures, newsletters, image ads and video ads. We create target group specific content, which means we customise ads and landing pages for each target group. In order to reach the right people, it's important that we are able to understand what's most important for each target group. Through our digital campaigns, we try to communicate to different types of people as effectively as possible.

Marketer also offers automated campaigns for property developments, where customers gain access to our new marketing platform M2. This platform allows the customer to create their own campaigns based on templates we have designed in advance. Read more about our marketing solution for property developers here.

Conversion-optimised content

For real estate agencies, we offer automated advertisement of second-hand properties. For these customers, the design team creates template designs for ads and landing pages. When the customer starts advertising properties for sale, the designs are utilised on a large scale. To achieve the best results, we base our campaign production on data from previous campaigns we have run. Since 2019, we have marketed more than 29,000 homes and over 100 project campaigns for property developments. This extensive experience makes us able to constantly find new ways to optimise our campaign production. We focus on creating conversion-friendly ads and landing pages, and our aim is to find as many potential home buyers as possible for each project.

Want to join our design team?

In addition to what we produce for our customers, the design team is also responsible for Marketer's internal design. This includes maintaining our website and blog, presentations, recruitment ads, content production for social media – and towards the year's end, it's become a tradition that we make a Christmas card for our customers. Our days are everything but monotonous, and we get to work with a wide variety of interesting customer profiles.
