Tell us a bit about your background!
I studied Business and Administration at NHH, and started my career as a Key Account Manager at Procter & Gamble after graduating. I enjoyed interacting with clients and wanted to explore this path further. After a few years I wanted to experience a different environment, and Marketer stood out as an interesting company on a very exciting journey that I wanted to take part in.
Can you share how your role has evolved since you started at Marketer as a Customer Success Manager?
I started as a Customer Success Manager, which involved being in charge of my own portfolio of clients and projects. The work involved on-boarding and following up on clients, planning and executing marketing campaigns and project management on larger deliveries.
Since I started, our product offering has increased significantly. We have launched several new products within the last year, which also has impacted the CSM role greatly. I have worked on rolling out new products and features to our clients, and collecting their valuable feedback, so that we can continue to develop and innovate our products to serve our clients needs.
How do you navigate the complexities of the current market in your role?
In a challenging market, my main goal is to help our clients get the most out of our products and services. The market today demands even more from the developers and the way they communicate and market projects is more important than ever. Many are also focusing on setting up routines and doing valuable activities that will pay off once the market improves. By working closely with our clients to understand their needs we are able to set them up in a better position to thrive when the market picks up again.
What has your experience been like working at Marketer and with the team?
My experience at Marketer has been great. Right from the start, I felt a positive energy and strong team spirit. I am also lucky to lead an incredibly dedicated and energetic Customer Success team. Trust, ownership and a drive to succeed are all core values that help us grow as a team.
Collaboration between departments is also strong, and it is inspiring to work with highly skilled colleagues with diverse backgrounds. In addition to the work, we also enjoy various social activities. Overall, it's been an exciting journey so far, characterized by a supportive team culture and a genuine emphasis on individual contributions.
What do you enjoy the most about your everyday life at Marketer?
Working with products that continue to develop and deliver value to our clients is very rewarding, and the ongoing development and expansion of our product range keeps it interesting. The fast-paced nature of our tasks ensures each day brings new challenges, keeping me constantly engaged and motivated. In the end, it's the mix of impactful products, an awesome team, and an ever-changing work vibe that really makes my days at Marketer fulfilling and enjoyable!
