Marketer Powers Veslefrikk Eiendom’s Upcoming Real Estate Project

Veslefrikk Eiendom, a prominent new real estate developer in Norway with Petter Stordalen's investment company Strawberry Equities being the largest owner, has announced their first project, “Vinterro”, made possible with Marketer’s technology and solutions.
Marketer has played an instrumental role as the tech vendor, partner, and project manager for Veslefrikk Eiendom's total digital presence. The end-to-end platform M360 serves as the foundation of the digital customer journey while their newly launched website showcases an innovative design that sets it apart from competitors.

Through Marketer's partner program, TRY was engaged in the delivery of design, web development, and implementation. The Vinterro project website is built using Sanity CMS and connected to Marketer's Storefront API, which feeds the website with all relevant and up-to-date project data from the core system M360. In the opposite direction, this integration collects visitor data, insights, and other relevant interactions to optimize marketing strategies and enhance sales activities.
- Veslefrikk wanted to create something different, modern, and exciting, and that is exactly what their new website has become. Having worked with Veslefrikk since the beginning, it is very rewarding for the team to now see their first real estate project come to market. The collaboration with TRY has also worked perfectly, where their expertise in design and functionality has been decisive for the final result. Through the partnership, we will continuously update the website, so this will be a dynamic process in the future as well, says Tarik Mustedanagic, Special Projects Manager at Marketer.
Eberlin, an Oslo-based agency specializing in graphic design, is also part of the project and has designed the profile for both Veslefrikk and Vinterro. Furthermore, EVE, a leading European 3D visualization provider and a subsidiary of Marketer, has played an important role as a supplier of concept and 3D visualizations, and will also produce all future visualization material for the project.

Vinterro, with its 26 distinctive cabins, is expected to be very attractive, with qualities and facilities that will make it one of the most exciting projects at Kvitfjell. Designed by R21 Arkitekter, led by architect Thomas Thorsnes, the cabins are planned to go on sale at the start of Autumn 2023.
