10 years ago, I completed my master's degree in economics in Bulgaria and moved to Norway shortly after. I have always enjoyed numbers and decided to study accounting at BI, as it has a great program. While studying, I raised my son and worked full time. It has been a lot of work, but I do not regret it even for a second - if you want something and work hard, the results will come. And it has - I am now an Authorized Accountant and I am so happy with choosing Marketer as my employer!

As an Accountant, there are always new and interesting challenges that need to be solved. It really is a lifelong learning experience!

I have always had an interest in design, real estate, and technology. At Marketer, I get to combine accounting and new technology, which makes my workdays really interesting. In addition, I am at a company that changes the use of sales and marketing for real estate, with amazing designs created by my colleagues. This is a changing story that I am really proud to be a part of!

With five great colleagues in the finance department, I have been tailing all of them during my onboarding period. Since Marketer delivers several solutions for our clients, there has been a lot to learn, in addition to learning about the real estate industry. My team and colleagues from different departments have been so helpful during my onboarding period.

Will you let us in on one dream that you have on your bucket list?

I love making bucket lists! Each year, during the first week of January, I write a new bucket list. Some of the goals are short-term and some long-term. At the end of the year during New Years, I feel so much richer from the bucket list experiences and I am really happy if I completed the goal successfully - and I usually do. One of my biggest dreams is to travel to Bali and practice yoga there🧘🏼‍♀️ That bucket list goal will hopefully happen within 2 years :)

Say hello to one of our newest additions in the financial department, Mira Tsvetanova! She loves new challenges, bucket lists and work that combines tech and numbers. After only two months of working as our Accountant, she says that we are the greatest colleagues ever! One day, she might teach us yoga - if she completes her biggest wish on her bucket list.

I moved to Oslo in 2015, after completing my Master’s degree in Finance at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). My first job was in Deloitte, where I worked for 5 years. The first three as an auditor, and the last two as a consultant. I also got my Master’s degree in Audit and Accounting from NHH during those years.

After that I spent four years in the Nordic Shopping Center company Citycon, where I started as Head of Finance in the Norwegian finance team, before being promoted to the position of Senior Manager Corporate Finance in the Nordic Finance and Strategy Team, working on a group level in Citycon.

Why did you want to join the Marketer team?


My previous experiences have mainly been working in, and with, big established companies. That has been a great experience, but when I learned about this opportunity, I got really triggered by the possibility to work at a scale up like Marketer. It is a new challenge, and way of thinking, for me. On top of that, after meeting the people I would work with, it was a done deal on my part.


It has been really fun and very hectic, and I’ve hit the ground running. I came right into the auditing process and had to quickly get up to speed in the company’s processes and numbers. As challenging as that has been, it’s been a great crash course in how the company is tied together.

To make it even more hectic, I had my firstborn child arriving two weeks after joining the company, so there hasn’t been much time to lean back. But it has been a really enjoyable experience altogether.


Name three items you would bring with you on a deserted island?


My guitar is probably the most important. It is my number one go-to when I need to disconnect and let my mind fly away and rest. On second thought, do I 

 need more disconnecting on a deserted island?

A football would probably be second. If I cannot watch football on TV, I can try to make my own fun with it.

And lastly, a swiss army knife so I can MacGyver myself away from the island!

Ole Kristian Sjømæling Toft

 was founded by Jeanette and David Reiss-Andersen in 2018, with a dream of creating small, functional houses of high quality, as an alternative to big, traditional houses. It started out small, but today they are a proud market leader for tiny houses in Norway, with customers all over the country.

 is located in beautiful Skjolden in Sogn og Fjordane, surrounded by incredible nature in all directions. The project consists of eleven tiny houses, with a focus on comfort, efficient use of space and beautiful aesthetics. They include a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and guest bedroom all on one floor, with storage space on the loft. The idea of the project is to offer smaller, more affordable houses that allow you to live closer to nature and focus more on the outdoors and all that it has to offer.

With Sognefjorden at your doorstep, there is an endless amount of activities waiting for you; Kayaking, rafting, fishing and diving, just to name a few. Not only is the surrounding nature spectacular, but the village has a warm and inclusive culture where it’s easy to meet new people, especially if you like to engage with the local community.

Even though they are a market leader, launching a project with multiple units was fairly new to them. With a project such as Eplehagen, they were looking for a tool that could ultimately give them a sense of control, while ensuring the success of the project in terms of marketing and sales.
